Hilliard Davidson High School was presented with the Gold Honor Thespian Troupe Award at the Ohio State Thespian Conference. This award, presented by the Educational Theatre Association, is given to honor work done during the previous school year. It is the highest distinction available to an entire theatre program and was only presented to six high school theatre departments across the state.

To qualify, theatre programs had to demonstrate excellence in many areas, including theatrical production. They had to perform acts of community service and create at least one new and innovative project every year. Other requirements included performing at least one educational/social service play per school year and work within their communities to create a positive impression of the program and the goals of high school theatre.

We want to congratulate the entire Davidson Theater Community on this eighth consecutive win.
