MS Girls Golf- Interested families please read

Hello Wildcat families,
Please see the email below from Coach Kesel.  She will be the new MS girls golf coach for next season.  How MS girls golf works in Hilliard, is we have a single team comprised of all three middle schools.  If we did not do that, the girls would either not play or have to play with the boys team.  We have operated this way for about 5 years now.  Heritage has had the most girls, so it was their coach who ran it.   Coach Kesel is new and she is looking for at least 1 assistant from either Weaver and/or Memorial to help out and if numbers grow, which we hope they will, we would like to have those assistants just take over for Weaver MS Girls Golf program.  If you have any interest in playing this fall, please contact Coach Kesel via email and sign up for the parent meeting on July 30th.

Girls Golf – Heritage, Memorial & Weaver Middle Schools
The girls golf team will be open to all three Hilliard Middle Schools. Anyone interested MUST contact coach Mikayla Kesel if you are interested. Players cannot just show up on the day of tryouts.  All participants are expected to pay for their own tryout tee times.

Please note, both Memorial and Weaver are actively looking for assistant coaches to help out Coach Kesel.  If our numbers dictate that each school can have their own team, that coach will just slide into the head coach role for that school.  We are hoping to grow this program moving forward.
