AP Summer Assignments
Many advanced placement courses offered at Bradley, Darby and Davidson require students to complete summer assignments in preparation for the start of the class in August. Although these assignments serve many purposes, most are designed to review key material that students will need to know and/or to introduce students to concepts that will serve as catalysts for class discussions at the start of the school year.
Please encourage your child to review the assignment as soon as possible and contact the advanced placement teacher in his/her high school with questions.
If the course in which your child has registered for is not listed, there is not a summer assignment; however, we strongly encourage all of our students to remain academically engaged during the summer months. In most cases, your child’s teacher can make recommendations for texts and/or resources to review and develop skills.
