The SACC program will follow the school calendar for students.

  • 7:00am-until school begins
  • The end of the School day – until 6:00pm

The program begins on the first day of the school year. Please refer to your school calendar for exact dates.

Childcare is NOT provided on snow days. Rule of Thumb – If schools are closed, SACC/ACE is closed.


The 6th Grade ACE Program is before and after school.
The times are as follows:

Hilliard Station 
6:45am-school begins
2:15pm to 6:00 pm

Hilliard Tharp
6:45am-school begins
2:30pm to 6:00pm

Delayed Openings

On occasion, the beginning of the school day is delayed due to inclement weather or adverse building conditions. On inclement weather delayed start school days, the SACC and ACE programs WILL NOT OFFER morning programming.

If the delay is related to an unsafe building condition, SACC programming will not resume until the condition is resolved and the building declared safe.

The SACC Program will not provide service for early dismissal.
