Norwich is devoted to empowering students to achieve their unique potentials within a multiage, cooperative learning environment.

Norwich Elementary School's educational program is based on the belief that all children can learn, but that each child learns in his or her own way and at his or her own speed. This premise is sometimes expressed as "All children can learn and succeed but not on the same day in the same way."
