State testing continues this week. we want to remind of some important information to support your child during this time. The state testing schedule for our students is as follows:

April 17 – Science Test (8th grade only)

April 24 – Math Test Part 1

April 25 – Math Test Part 2

Testing period will be 8:00 – 10:15 am each of these days.  Please remind students that they can bring a book to read if they finish early.  Students will not be permitted to use any technology device.

Please ensure that your child arrives to school on time and well-rested during these testing days. They will do great!

Our students and staff have started counting down until the last day of school. We are so close! We want to encourage you to keep up the good work when it comes to having your child in school every day. Already, you have helped us stay on track for our year-end attendance goal.  So far this year, we have seen a drop in the percentage of students missing 10 or more days from 57% to 52%! The number of students who are chronically absent this year is just 39%. We still have work to do, but are grateful for your partnership in making school a priority.
