We will have a mandatory meeting today,,April 10, during lunches. If you have 4th period lunch, bring your lunch and iPad to Mrs. Geoit’s room, 206. If you have 6th period lunch, bring your lunch and iPad to Ms. Jasper’s room, 213. If you have 8th period lunch , please stop by and speak with Mrs. Geoit or Ms. Jasper so we can set something up with your 4th or 6th period teacher so you may attend one of the meetings.
The Washington, DC Trip is filling up. We are down to just one more bus available. First payment is due today, April 10th. If you would like to register, look for information on the HMS website and be prepared to pay the first payment when you register.
The HMS Talent Show Auditions: Auditions will be held Thursday, April 12th after school. The show is always epic because it features a wide variety of entertainment. While beautiful voices are certainly welcome, group performances and non-singing acts are encouraged! Grab some friends and start rehearsing your audition piece today. Please see Ms. Roderick in room 147 with questions.
FCA Wyldlife: We will be meeting the Friday morning, April 13th, from 7:15 to 7:45 in Miss Litt’s room. Come and check FCA out and enjoy some doughnuts, juice and good discussion about practical tips for living the middle school life!! In addition, we are going to the Laurel’s nursing facility after school on Monday April 16th from 3:15 to 4:15 pm. We will be hanging out with the residents and doing activities with them. This visit can count as part of your community service hours for high school. See Mr. Byerly in office 227C for a permission slip to attend. We will be leaving from Miss Litt’s room at 3 pm and returning to her room by 4:30 pm. Hope to see you at FCA. See Miss Litt, Mr. Gingerich or Mr. Byerly with any questions.
The 8th grade boy’s lacrosse beat Dublin Karrer 4-3 last night. Goals were scored by Kaden Ames, Miguel Sayers, Max Movshin, and Logan Ernest
The 7th grade team lost 2-1.
Next up for the Panthers is a trip to Upper Arlington to play Hastings on Wednesday.
