Panther Track and Field concluded their 2017 season with a phenomenal performance at the first annual OHSAA Track & Field State Finals.  THE Heritage was invited to compete in 9 events, of which the Panthers scored and won medals in 7 of the 9 events.  In conclusion, the Boys Team was in the top 50th percentile of all teams represented.  The Girls team won 8th place out of 60 plus teams, thus ranking them in the top 10 in the state.

Scoring in the top 8 in their events were:

Boys 1600 and 800 Meter Run: Sean Carney, who breake the school record in those events

Boys 4×200: Abu Awo, Josh Digeo, Nate Jamison & Seveon Stewart

Girls 800: Mia Wyngarden, who placed 2nd in the 800 & CRUSHED the school record!!!
