Lost & Found: There are a lot of lost coats, jackets, lunch boxes, shirts, pants & water bottles on the tables in the main entrance hall. If you have lost any of these items would you please check out the tables. At the end of day on December 15 we will be bagging them up and donating them.
Oratorical Club: Do you enjoy Speaking your mind? Would you like to earn some cold, hard cash doing so? If so, Then the Oratorical Club is for you!! Oratorical Club helps students prepare for the local Optimist Club’s speech contest, which will be held on March 3rd this year at the Heritage Golf Course banquet facility beginning at 9 am. Several Hilliard students have earned monetary prizes in the past, and some have even advanced to compete for a college scholarship at the state level. To find out more, come to the informational meeting that will explain everything, on Tuesday, December 5th, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in room 209, The Panther Center, at Heritage Middle School. Student Genius Bar: The online application for second semester Genius Bar positions will be on the school’s website next Monday. If you have an elective class and would rather work at the Genius Bar, please consider applying. Miss Miller will check your attendance and check with your teachers to see if you would be a good fit.

Girls Basketball: Last night the 7th grade girls basketball team defeated Brookpark 53-5. 11 different players scored for the Panthers improving their record to 2-0. The Lady Panthers return to action tomorrow at Lexington.
The 8th grade girls basketball team defeated Brooke Park MS last night 35-18
Boys Basketball: The 7th grade boys basketball team won last night over Brookpark 66-18. Leading the way for the panthers was Cam Gilkerson with 24 points. Their next game is Saturday at Lexington middle school.
The Heritage Boys Flex Team defeated Memorial last night by a score of 29-18. The Panthers jumped out to a big lead and turned back a potential 4thquarter rally by their opponents. Hayden Gladden and Nathan Burdick led the Panthers in scoring as 7 different Panthers scored baskets in the opening game of the season. The team is back in action next Thursday here at Heritage at 5pm
