GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The Superhero Run: Put on your favorite superhero costume and come out for the Davidson Band’s Superhero Run!

On Sunday, April 29, the Superhero Run, supporting Orphan World Relief and the Davidson High School Band program, will be here at Davidson. The Five K Run starts at 1 pm, and the Kids Dash starts at 12:45 pm. There will be tons of great vendors like Tortilla Food Truck, Hilliard local business, Coffee Connections, and many more!. Register online through the Davidson Band website. Student athletes can use PROMO CODE StudentAthlete2018 to get 15% off registration.

A Capella Group: Davidson’s A Capella singing group is looking for talent. If you have a secret talent that you want to share, if you can beatbox, if you have ever dreamt of being a vocal percussionist – then this your chance! Stop by the choir room and sign up to audition for Davidson’s A Capella Group on May 2. If you can drop a sick beat, we’d love to hear it!

Senior Destinations: Attention Seniors! Please fill out the senior destinations form in Canvas under the Class of 2018 folder by Friday, May 4. The destinations will be published in the May issue of The Wildcat. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Canlas or one of The Wildcat editors.

Buddy Ball Volunteers: If you are looking for a fun volunteer opportunity this summer, you should think about trying Buddy Ball, a program where volunteers help physically and mentally challenged boys and girls play baseball. For more information, talk to Jack Altman or John Steitz.
