Hilliard Students Inducted into Tolles National Technical Honor Society

Tolles National Honors StudentsTolles inducted several Hilliard students into its chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) and honored retiring Tolles Superintendent Kim Wilson during the annual induction ceremony. NTHS is America’s highest award for excellence in career-technical education.

Students inducted into the Tolles Chapter included:

  • Mahyala Bailey, a pre-nursing student from Hilliard Bradley;
  • Steven Beine, a criminal justice student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Kevin Delarosa, a pharmacy student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Suleka Farah, a pre-nursing student from Hilliard Bradley;
  • Kaitlyn Ferguson, a digital media production student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Caitlin Gookin, a pre-nursing student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Ian Joy, a pre-vet student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Brisa Mata, a pre-nursing student from Hilliard Bradley;
  • Maki McCoy, an engineering and manufacturing student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Margaret McKitrick, a marketing and logistics student from Hilliard Bradley;
  • Tori Pfaff, a digital media production student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Khanneth Prak, a pharmacy student from Hilliard Darby;
  • Omar Salem, a criminal justice student from Hilliard Darby;

The National Technical Honor Society currently serves approximately 200,000 members and awards over $160,000 in scholarships to its members annually. NTHS honors the achievements of top career-technical education students, provides scholarships to encourage the pursuit of higher education, and cultivates excellence in today’s highly competitive, skilled workforce. For over 30 years, NTHS has been the acknowledged leader in the recognition of outstanding student achievement in career and technical education.
