- Attention all students! You will be required to show your student ID card to enter any athletic contest this school year at Davidson High School. This includes season passes, pre-sale and gate purchases. GO CATS!
- Juniors and Seniors: If you are interested in attending a college visit here, please stop by the Guidance Office to sign up 2 days prior to the visit. Please be selective as Juniors are allowed to attend 3 visits, and Seniors are allowed to attend 5.
- If you are a minority student and you are interested in joining support group or if you are interested in observing Ramadan, please attend an informational meeting on August 28 in the PAC, the auditorium at 1:00. You must sign up on Mr. Starner’s door to receive a pass! See Ms. Monseur Durr for details.
- Freshman interested in a leadership position -- Student Council Applications are available in the Main Office. They are due back tomorrow. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Brickley in the office or Ms. Tebay in Room 142.
- Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) will hold an organizational meeting today at 3:00 pm in room 125. All club members from last year as well as new members are welcome.
- Auditions for this year's children's production WINNIE THE POOH will be this today at 5:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. Questions, see Mr. Crawford.
- Drama Club and Tech Crew memberships will be available during the last half of periods 4, 5 and 6 lunch periods in the Commons. Membership in each club is $3. The first club meeting is September 4 with our club picnic on September 6
- Attention Students: Please get you parking passes if you plan on driving to school. We will be assigning Saturday Schools this week.
- Attention all Junior and Senior Renaissance Applicants, be sure to pick up your applications in the main office or across from 244, and to turn them in to THE MAIN OFFICE by this Friday. Remember ambassadors from last year you must fill out the application to be on the team this year.
- The Girls Cross Country Team opened its season Saturday at the Pickerington North Cross Country Classic, placing 3rd out of a field of 14. Tori Brink was first overall, while Jessica Hoover, Caroline Hildebrand, Bridget Onders, and Lauren Winters rounded out the scoring for the Wildcats. Congratulations on a great start, girls!
- There will be a brief wrestling meeting Wednesday from 2:55 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. in the wrestling room for anyone that is NOT involved in a fall sport. Please see Coach DiSabato or Coach Horn if you have any questions.
- Despite straight set wins on both doubles courts, the Wildcat tennis team dropped a 3-2 decision to Lancaster yesrerday. Today the team travels to Central Crossing for an OCC Divisional match. The bus leaves at 3:30.
- Attention students and staff! The Cat's Cave is now officially open. In addition to being open during lunch periods 4, 5, and 6, the school store will open before school from 7:20 to 7:35. Stop in today for school supplies or for your favorite beverage and snack!
