Leadership Development Leadership Development is a strong component of the Career Mentorship Program. Students who are selected for the program have been identified as either already demonstrating leadership skills in the school and community or having potential to develop these skills. Students attend seminars discussing current business topics and gain leadership skills needed in both the family and workplace. Examples of topics include: Leadership Styles Interview Skills Conflict Resolution Time/Stress Management Team Building Professionalism Resume Writing Management skills Communication Skills Goal Setting Ethics in the Workplace
