Complete the Mentorship Application process: ____ Sign up for Mentorship on your course request form. ____ Completed an application (hard copy - opens in new window) application (email copy -coming soon) ____ Provide 3 references – Reference Forms (opens in new window) If you have a job, 2 teacher/1 employer or community member. If no prior work experience, 3 teacher references and/or a community service reference is needed. ____ Complete an interview with the Mentorship selection committee.
