Section 504 Public Notice
This school district has dedicated itself to providing equal admission opportunities, equal educational opportunities, and equal employment opportunities to all people regardless of handicap. To this end, the Board of Education has adopted regulations, which establish procedures for the orderly settlement of complaints of students and employees of the district regarding alleged discrimination on the basis of handicap. A copy of the complete regulations may be obtained by contacting the Hilliard City Schools’ Administrative Offices.

The Superintendent has designated the Director of Pupil Services as the District’s Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer may be reached at the Hilliard City Schools’ Administrative Offices, 5323 Cemetery Rd., Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved through the established district procedures, the student or employee may appeal in writing directly to the U.S. Department of Education, Region V, Office of Civil Rights, Plaza Nine Building/Room 222, 55 Erieview Plaza, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.
