Hilliard Davidson’s Interact Club sponsored their annual “Color out for Cancer” event at Norwich Elementary School. There was music and activities in the gym, face painting, cookie decorating and card making. SportsClips gave kids “buzz” cuts or colored their hair and donated all the money raised back to the event. All of these activities were provided to promote awareness of cancer and to support families affected by cancer. Just over $800 was raised which the Interact Club will donate to Families for a Cure. Families for a Cure is an organization created by Hilliard families that works with our students and local businesses. Being Ready for Tomorrow means giving our students the opportunities to do something bigger than themselves, to help them find their passion for helping others.
