Cheer Coaches

Amie Clark – Varsity Football and Competition Coach

Coach Clark is entering her 15th year coaching in Hilliard. Prior to coming to Darby, she coached 3 years at Heritage Middle School as the head of their cheerleading program, coaching both football and basketball cheerleading. She is a Hilliard Darby High School graduate and cheerleading veteran. She cheered throughout her middle school and high school years, and was a member of the Varsity Competition Team. Coach Clark is a National and State Dance Champion as well as an OCC Cheer Champion. As a competition coach, she has helped lead Darby to fourteen Grand Champion Titles, four OCC Championships, three National Championships, and nine Top 8 finishes at the State of Ohio Cheerleading Championships including a 3rd place finish in 2009 and a 4th place finish in 2011, a 5th place finish in 2012, an 8th place finish in 2015, 1st place finish in 2016,  a 5th place finish in 2017,  a 5th place finish in 2018 and 2nd place in 2019!  After high school, she attended Word of Life Bible Institute in New York and then Cedarville University in Ohio where she met her husband, Jonathan. The two were married in May of 2003 and have three beautiful daughters, twin girls, Alivia and Alaina who will turn twelve in August and Addilyn who turned eight this past February. Apart from coaching cheerleading, Coach Clark is a Real Estate Assistant for The Hursh Group at Cutler Real Estate and is in the process of obtaining her Real Estate License.  

Brooke Rausch – Varsity Basketball Coach

Coach Rausch is entering her 6th year of coaching. Prior to coaching at Darby she coached at Bradley High School and Lebanon High School.  She coaches Freshmen Football, Varsity Basketball, and assists on the Non-Tumble Competition Team. She graduated from Hilliard Bradley High School and cheered for both Darby and Bradley.  Throughout her middle school and high school years, she was a member of the Varsity Football, Basketball and Competition Cheer Teams. Coach Rausch is an OCC Cheer Champion as a well as an OASSA State Champion.  After high school, she attended The Ohio State University and received a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education in 2015. She taught at Lebanon High School for one year and will begin her 4th year of teaching at Darby High School.  Coach Rausch and her husband Ryan reside in Dublin.
