Student/Parent Meetings Scheduled
Two sessions of an informational meeting have been scheduled for all parents who will have students attending Bradley High School in 2009-2010. Students are welcome and encouraged to attend as well.
Because of space constraints, we have decided to offer two identical sessions of the informational meeting. It is only necessary to attend one.In order to ensure that we have enough seats for everyone, if at all possible we would ask that families with last names beginning with the letters A–H attend the November 17th meeting and families with last names beginning with the letters I—Z attend the November 19th meeting.
The first session will be held in the Performing Arts Center at Memorial Middle School on November 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. The second session will be held in the Performing Arts Center at Darby High School on November 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
A variety of topics will be covered, including:
- 2009-2010 course registration information
- Construction updates
- Athletics/Music/Club information
- Meet the administrative team and staff that have been named to date
- Committee updates/opportunities
- PTO/Athletic Booster/Music Booster and other parent involvement opportunities
- Time for questions and answers
In order to ensure that we have enough seats for everyone, if at all possible we would ask that families with last names beginning with the letters A-H attend the November 17th meeting and families with last names beginning with the letters I—Z attend the November 19th meeting.
Prior to the meeting we will solicit questions from parents and students via the Bradley website and eNews and attempt to address those questions in the presentation. Additionally, during the question and answer session we will gather any unanswered questions and distribute those answers via eNews once they become available.
This will be an important opportunity to begin building the culture of Bradley High School and to connect as a school community. More importantly, critical information regarding the 2009-2010 school year will be distributed and explained. Please consider attending one of the two sessions.
