Career - Relocation Manager for the Ohio Department of Transportation, Office of Real Estate

Board Liaison to the following Committees - City of Hilliard Recreation and Parks Commission, Hilliard Convention and Visitors Bureau and Interschool PTO.

Other Memberships and Interests - Member Meadowpark Church of God, High School Football official since 1990.

Family – Wife, Penny. Children: Two of their four daughters are graduates of Hilliard Davidson, one is currently a member of Davidson's Class of 2010, and the youngest is a student at Hilliard Tharp Sixth Grade School.

Career –Senior vice president of Key Bank

Other interests – Serves on the board of trustees of the Hilliard Education Foundation and co-chaired the 2006 Our Kids Can't Wait bond issue campaign. He is a past member of the Mid-Ohio Food Bank board of trustees and is closely involved with school athletic booster clubs and other community sports organizations.

District Resident – 30 years

Family – Wife, Terry, retired Chief Financial Officer;  two adult daughters who attended Hilliard City Schools from K to graduation. Our eldest is a music teacher, and our youngest a medical student.

Career -  Joined CompuServe at age 19 as a Computer Operator and retired at age 46 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Network Services group.

interests – Leadership development coach at Mountview Baptist Church, reading tutor at Sullivant Elementary School, member of 2005 Brown Township Comprehensive Plan committee, member of the Board of Trustees of the Hilliard Education Foundation 1999-2003, Investor and advisor to Rivet Digital, a high-tech start-up company in the Hilliard School District, past Board member of the National Black Programming Consortium (nbpc.tv), traveler (all 50 states and 11 foreign countries), Harley rider and musician.

Family – Wife, Kathy Maggied.  Children:  Trevor, graduate of Hilliard High School and the University of Dayton and a teacher at Hilliard Memorial Middle School; Troy, graduate of Hilliard High School and The Ohio State University, serving in the Peace Corps in the South Pacific.

Career – Field Representative for Steed Hammond & Paul, and retired manager from Ameritech with 33+ years of service.

Board Liaison to the following committees – Township Government Liaison, Labor Relations Board, Metropolitan Educational Council, and Tolles Career & Technical Center School Board (past president).

Other memberships and interests – Member of Saint Simon & Jude.  Enjoys family and boating.

Family – Husband:  David Whiting, Children: Abigail, sophomore at Hilliard Bradley High School

Career -   Registered nurse at Nationwide Children’s Hospital since 1984. Currently working as Performance Improvement Coordinator in the Emergency Department.  OSU Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1984.

Board liaison to the following committees –Policy Review, Superintendent’s Advisory, Buildings and Grounds, and board liaison to Hilliard Education Foundation

Other memberships and interests – Member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church; enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
