Please fill out and return your order form with a check or cash to your child's teacher. Make checks payable to Avery PTO. The due date is Friday, November 11th, 2011. Shirt sizes are availble to see or try on in the Avery office. A portion of the sales go to Avery PTO towards the outdoor classroom. The logo being used is below.
